While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee acceptance by all institutions. These are not "certified" translations by a human agency, but professional AI-generated translations with superior accuracy to human translators.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Upload only authentic, unaltered documents
• Use our services for lawful purposes only
• Not attempt to circumvent our security measures
• Not resell or redistribute our evaluation reports

4. Payment and Refunds

Payment is required before receiving professional evaluation reports. Refunds are available within 7 days if you are not satisfied with our service, provided the report has not been submitted to any institution.

5. Intellectual Property

All evaluation reports, translations, and content generated by Traducciones.ai remain our intellectual property. You receive a license to use the reports for their intended purpose (university admission, employment, immigration, etc.) but may not reproduce or redistribute them.

6. Limitation of Liability

Traducciones.ai is not liable for any decisions made by universities, employers, or government agencies based on our evaluations. We provide evaluations as a service but cannot guarantee acceptance or specific outcomes. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

7. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our service at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes when possible.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
