By accessing and using Traducciones.ai, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

Traducciones.ai provides AI-powered credential evaluation and translation services. Our evaluations are conducted using cutting-edge AI technology with advanced document analysis capabilities.

ADVISORY OPINION NOTICE

All evaluation reports issued by Traducciones.ai are advisory in nature and are NOT legally binding upon any institution, agency, employer, licensing board, or government body. Only the receiving entity has the authority to determine whether credentials meet their specific requirements. We make no guarantee or representation that any evaluation will be accepted by any institution, employer, or government agency.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information
  • Upload only authentic, unaltered documents
  • Use our services for lawful purposes only
  • Not attempt to circumvent our security measures
  • Not resell or redistribute our evaluation reports

4. Document Authenticity

Traducciones.ai does not verify the authenticity of documents submitted for evaluation. We rely on users to submit genuine, unaltered academic documents. If we determine or have reason to believe that submitted documents are fraudulent, forged, or materially altered:

  • We reserve the right to cancel your evaluation without refund
  • We may rescind any previously issued evaluation reports
  • We may notify appropriate authorities, institutions, or third parties
  • Your account may be terminated immediately

5. AI Technology Disclaimer

Our services utilize artificial intelligence technology, including Google Gemini and other advanced AI models, for document analysis, translation, and credential evaluation. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree:

  • No AI system is infallible and results may contain errors or inaccuracies
  • AI-generated translations and evaluations should be reviewed and verified when used for critical purposes
  • We are not responsible for errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in AI-generated content
  • AI technology is continuously evolving and results may vary over time

6. No Professional Advice

Our credential evaluation and translation services do not constitute legal, immigration, employment, educational, or other professional advice. We are not attorneys, immigration consultants, or licensed professionals in any jurisdiction. You should consult with qualified professionals for specific advice regarding immigration matters, educational placement, professional licensing, or employment decisions.

7. Payment and Refunds

Payment is required before receiving professional evaluation reports. Refunds may be available within 7 days if you are not satisfied with our service, provided the report has not been submitted to any institution.

No refunds will be issued if a receiving entity (university, employer, licensing board, government agency, or other institution) does not accept or recognize our evaluation. Acceptance decisions are made solely by the receiving entity and are outside our control.

8. Intellectual Property

All evaluation reports, translations, and content generated by Traducciones.ai remain our intellectual property. You receive a license to use the reports for their intended purpose (university admission, employment, immigration, etc.) but may not reproduce or redistribute them.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES AND EVALUATION REPORTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT RESULTS OBTAINED FROM USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TRADUCCIONES.AI AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES; FAILURE OF ANY INSTITUTION, EMPLOYER, OR GOVERNMENT AGENCY TO ACCEPT AN EVALUATION; DENIAL OF VISA, IMMIGRATION BENEFITS, EMPLOYMENT, OR EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES; OR ANY DAMAGES RESULTING FROM RELIANCE ON OUR SERVICES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100 USD).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Traducciones.ai and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:

  • Your use of or inability to use our services
  • Your submission of fraudulent, forged, or materially altered documents
  • Your violation of these Terms of Service
  • Your violation of any rights of any third party
  • Any claim that your submitted content caused damage to a third party

12. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY — IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS

Binding Arbitration: Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, including the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, shall be determined by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules.

Location: Arbitration shall take place in Miami-Dade County, Florida, United States.

CLASS ACTION WAIVER: YOU AND TRADUCCIONES.AI AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. UNLESS BOTH YOU AND TRADUCCIONES.AI AGREE OTHERWISE, THE ARBITRATOR MAY NOT CONSOLIDATE MORE THAN ONE PERSON'S CLAIMS AND MAY NOT OTHERWISE PRESIDE OVER ANY FORM OF A REPRESENTATIVE OR CLASS PROCEEDING.

Opt-Out: You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to legal@traducciones.ai within thirty (30) days of first accepting these Terms. Your notice must include your name, address, email address, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of this arbitration agreement.

13. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our service at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes when possible.

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. For any disputes not subject to arbitration, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
